If I enter the competition,
who owns the copyright?
You retain full copyright over your own poems when sharing them for the film competition.
The Synergy Slam Poets platform is a Non- Exclusive Rights Platform.
This means as the creator and author of your poetry, you are the owner of your poetry as "the property holder".
No one else from our team can use your poetry without gaining your permission first, or crediting you as the author and owner of the poem.
Our Licensing Agreements:
As the Author and owner of your work, you may grant a non-exclusive license to the Synergy Slam Poets, allowing us to display the poem on the competition page while you maintain complete ownership and control.
How do I sign up for the workshops?
You can be any age to receive parts of the workshop program content direct to your email via the blog updates.
You just have to fill in the form below to receive them.
However, you must be 18 years + to take part in the full online workshop program
Do I have to take part in the workshops to submit a film to the competition?
No, you don’t. Which means if you are under 18 you can enter the competition. We welcome young voices to the competiton!
